plz help me to select a certificate course i can persue ...what are the passing percentage and is it worth persuing...coz no CA in my contact has persued any of the cert.courses..

There are so many certification courses offered by ICAI, you can check the same on Institute's website ranging from Indirect taxes, international finance, IFRS, valuation, FAFD, Concurrent audit of banks, cooperative audits etc. These courses are usually conducted in various cities across India based on demand. Normally it may be one week course at a full stretch or 12 to 18 week course conducted only on a Saturday and Sunday in such city. The fee for most courses is in the bracket of Rs.15,000 to Rs. 25,000. On your query whether they are useful , it depends on the kind of work or assignment you get from the client. At that time your certification course will come handy.
