Hey, if you both are inclined towards a career in finance then i would suggest you take up NCFM Certificatiions offered by National Stock Exchange..With my personal experience I found them to be very good to understand the basics and then gradually proceed to higher levels.Check out the following link:

If as a CA, anyone wants a career beyond tax and audit, we need to do some relevant certification. I've seen some Cas, taking up CFA after completing CA, but I find it as a huge investment in terms of money and time. In my opinion FLIP certifications are ideal for a CA who wants to try banking/finance career bu tnot in tax or audit It does not take much time, is affordable and above all, content is really good. They have some courses like Equity Research, Corporate Banking, Investment Banking etc. which are relevant to CAs. I'm doing their course on Corporate Banking, as I feel, having completed my CA, credit analysis profile would be a right fit for me.

Being a Chartered accountancy student you should value time and pay due diligence to stop wasting it. Doing certification courses not only boast your knowledge but also improves your skills.
Here is the complete list:-
1. NCFM/NISM Certifications
2. EDx online courses- Learning any course is free of cost but for certification you have to pay money.
3. Coursera online courses- Same as in EDx, coursera offers a wide range of free of cost online courses but for getting a certificate you have to pay the required amount.
4. NPTEL online course, after clearing the exam you can get certificate from IIT’s, NIT’s and other top institutions etc. Similar to EDx and coursera the NPTEL offers free of cost learning but for earning a certificate you need to pay a small amount.
5. Learn any foreign language- you can learn any foreign language such as Italian, French, German, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese etc as they are high in demand moreover when you become a qualified chartered accountant, you may even be offered some international job offers so learning a foreign language will give you a competitive advantage.
6. Learning Microsoft Excel
7. Having an in depth knowledge of tally, busy and other accounting and auditing software’s which will come handy during your CA practice.
8. You can complete your Advanced ICITSS (MCS) and Advanced ICITSS (Advanced IT) during this duration.
9. Join some good self- grooming and personality development classes. This will help you in your interviews.
You can master this by practicing ample number of mock test papers. Prepca mock test series is one of the premier test series provider. I would strongly recommend Prepca mock test series. Writing their mock test series helped me lot, especially for Law. Their answer-wise detailed assessment report helped me to point out my mistake. A detailed explanation was given about how can I fetch more marks and convert my 30s into 60s. Bird’s eye view gives you a chapter-wise scoring for each subject with a rating to it. This report will enable you to understand your strengths and weaknesses chapter wise. With the help of Prepca, I was able to clear all the levels of CA exam in first attempt.
Hope this help!
