15 February 2010One of our client (Pvt. Ltd. Co) require us to issue Solvency certificate. Can any body guide in calculating the value to be mentioned in the solvancy certificate? What documents needs to be taken in support of the certificate? Is the net worth the basis for calculating solvency?

Hi,
Solvency certificates issued by banks are better accepted. Banks issue such certificates based on the deposits kept with them. CA's at the most can isuue net worth certificate.
