Dear Jyoti

you can go to concerned ROC office with registration No of company and SRN of Form1 and ask them for the certificate.  This will be very painfull but might help you.

Now a days, COI is sent by mail with in a week or fortnight and it is received in physical form with in a month.

You can write mail to them but recommended is that you should go personally and meet the concerned person.

Bribe is also in fashion every where. It depends up on you, either you pay it and get the work done or fight against it and get the work done.

Certificate of incorporation cannot be taken by hand, the concerned person have to follow the process of getting the certified copy 0f the COI.

Pay  a fee of Rs 50 electronically in the MCA portal take the copy of  challan along with a forwarding letter duly signed by the Director of the company .

Certainly you have some bribe that generally range from Rs 200- 500 it also depends upon the ROC.

You should get in touch with CS who has helped you in getting the Company incorporated.

Regards

Sudipto
