We are the users of "Kraft Paper" comes unde tariff no.4804, paper ed is 5% they are charging Cess @ .125% additionally (in addition to 2% & 1%) is it Cenvatable and
Coal purchases invoice ED is 5% and Clean energy Cess 50.00 per ton, is it Cenvatable?

since u r using kraft paper as input...then duty paid on it as BED,SED,ED,SHEC is avilalable as CENVAT...
BUT CLEAN ENERGY CESS is not avilalable as CENVAT
