We are the manufacture & exporters.
The query
a) can we take Cenvate credit for the service tax on clearing agents's services rendered by us for the exports of goods ?
b) can we also take the credit of service tax on GTA paid on outwards freight for the good exported ?
Will be thankfull, If you can also quote the relavant sections & rules

As long as the credits are related to incomings the credit is available in normal course.
There is a drawback available from 0.02% to 0.18% of FOB value depending on the product for post removal ST. There is also an exemption for export form some activities like GTA.
