Pls Help
Iron & Steel used in manufacturing of capital goods like Kiln, Belt Conveyor, Raw Mill Grinder. Whether such will be allowed as "Input "used in manufacture of final products.Can the company claim CENVAT on it??

BEING IRON AND STEEL USED IN THE MANUFACTURE OF FINAL PRODUCT, INPUT TAX CREDIT AVAILBLE ON SUCH IRON AND STEEL IS ELIGIBLE FOR CENVAT CREDIT.
