Pls Help
Iron & Steel used in manufacturing of capital goods like Kiln, Belt Conveyor, Raw Mill Grinder. Whether such will be allowed as "Input "used in manufacture of final products.Can the company claim CENVAT on it??

Yes, if duty is paid on the final product.
