Can anyone tell me whether Cenvat credit can be availed on Insurance Premium paid ? Can it be claimed as a reciepient of Service

If you can show that the insurance premium is being paid which is related to any of the final output service or goods produced by you , then yes Insurance premium would be considered as input service and CENVAT can be claimed.
