Can I get cenvat credit on HS code 39206219, material is imported from other countory and this is a manufacturing item. please let me know about it.

Dear Priyanka,
Irrespective of Tariff no, you may get Cenvat Credit of any Input is used for Manufacturing of Excisable Product.
on Imported material you may get Cenvat Credit of CVD and ADI(SAD) (4%) duties only.

On the basis of Bill of entry you can avail the credit. CVD & SAD(4%), iF IT IS USED IN YOUR MANUFACTURING UNIT FOR YOUR FINISHED GOODS PRODUCTION.

suppose that item I had not added at the time of registration of excise as majour raw material for finished Item, so I will have to amend excise registration and hs code 39206219 will be added in registration.

No need for amendment. You have to just intimate the department about the new Raw material. As per Instructions given at the end of Application for registration, you can find that there is no need for such information.
