When the goods are not used in manufacturing, there is no question of cenvat credit.
ARE-1 can be made only at the premises of manufacturer. As you are not the manufacturer, it cannot be made at your premises.

R/Rajesh ji,
In my previous question you have said."
"Cancel trading invoice? If it relates to non excisable goods, i.e. it is not an excise invoice, no intimation is required.
If you want to export inputs received in your factory, at the time of export you need to clear the goods after payment of duty amount equal to the cenvat credit taken, which you later get back as rebate."
1. Now if I want to remove export input or Trading goods removed after payment of duty then how will i get back as rebate.
Thanks
