Who are the assesses who need to check whether motor vehicle is a capital good or not for the availment of Cenvat credit?

Yes, motor vehicle is a capital asset & if assessee using motor vehicles for his core business activity then he can get full cenvat credit on its purchase otherwise it will fully disallowed.
