Whether Cenvat credit is eligible on CVD paid on imported purchases during SSI exemption and subsequently registered with Central excise authorities for clearances above Rs. 150 lacs during the year.
My question is few imported purchases were stock in hand at the time of CE Registration and whether it is eligible for Cenvat credit subsequently?
