Can anyone plz guide me whether CENVAT CREDIT be used for the payment of Service Tax under compostion schemes given under rule 6 of Service Tax Rules like in case of life insurance business 3.5% premium, and in case of lottery Rs. 8200 or incase of foreign exchange transactions or whether the tax calculated here is required to be paid in cash?
