CENVAT credit on 2nd stage dealer invoice

Condition for availing cenvat credit is as follows:

1.  Material should come inside the factory and used for manufacturing final product which is excisable one.

2.  Material should come along with proper invoice.  the customer may be consignee and need not be buyer.  The consignee can avail the avail the cenvat credit.
