Cenvat Credit of Service Tax paid on Commission to Dealers

Hi,

We are a manufacturer. We want to know whether we can claim Cenvat of Service Tax paid on the following:

1. Commission paid to dealers 

2. Courier Services

Service provided by dealers may fall under sales promotion and therefore may be eligible for input service credit of ST paid on commission paid to dealers. Similarly courier service may also qualify as input service eligible for the credit.
