I would like to know, can we avail credit on inputs available in ssi unit, when we started chrging excise duty for sale after completing 1.5 cr. turnover ?

yes you can take credit of input which was used in manufacturing of goods after 1.5 lacs turnover.
however for credit of capital goods there is no such requirement.it will be taken as per Rule 4(2) of CCR 2004
