I want to know that suppose for the payment of Service tax for the month of Feb 09 on 5th March 09 can I take Cenvat Credit available upto 05th March 09 or I have to take it upto 28th feb 09

service tax cenvat credit on payment basis, however you are paying on 5th march so you can take Cenvat Credit in march. not in february.
