Dear Sir,
If you taken the exemption regarding Abatement regarding services privided by on Developing Properties and raised the service taxes amt @ 3.09%. You could not taekn the Cenvat Credit.
If you paid the service tax fully amt. @ 12.36%, you can taken the Canvat Credit.
