There is no time limit defined under Cenvat Credit Rules, 2004 for utilisation of Service Tax cenvat credit.
There is time limit for availment of Cenvat Credit either on inputs, Capital Goods or Input services - Credit is to be availed within one year from the date of Invoice/Bill/Challan etc.
