Can the credit of last half year for which the returns are already filed, be taken for the current quarter service tax payable.
If yes can u pl provide with the rules

Yes you can utilize it. But technically speaking you can revise the Service Tax Return.
Note : Service Tax Return can be revised within 90 Days from the Date of filing the Service Tax Return.
