A Ltd. Purchase material from X Ltd. Material Value Rs.100000, in that invoice they mentioned value of the free supplies has been taken for Excise calculation only. Value Rs.50000. Whether Free supply value shall be include the Assessable Value Or not?
As long as free supply is a part of the assembly, the valkue of the free supply needs to be icnluded in the assessable value as per Section 4 read with the Valuation rules.
