comapny has made foreign currency remittance and for which they have paid bank charges including service tax.can we take credit of this cenvat?give reason and reference too?

Yes, if the banking services is an input service for the output service you are providing, you are eligible for Cenvat. I am sure it is an input service.

co is giving service to its subsidiary i.e they do share broking on behalf of the foreign customer or vice versa

Yes, services is used for providing output service, you are eligible for Cenvat.
