Centralised registration of Service Tax Number

Can I take centralised registration of Service Tax at head office when I am having my accounting system on ERP which is having online realtime connectivity of all the locations to head office, but the accounting and billing takes place at different location through the online realtime ERP system.

The preconditions for taking centralised registration is that the service provider should maintain accounts cetrally or billing should be done centrally.
