Can anyone please tell me that what is the rate of cst to be charged for the goods to be sold from delhi to gujarat?

if "C form" is to be issued by purchaser then ,cst @ 2% should be charged. otherwise at normal rate applicable to specific goods.

Mr.Nitesh,a dealer of Delhi ,when his goods sold to the Gujarat dealer,charged 2% CST with "C" Form or charged full rate of tax,whatever so.

With C Form It Will be 2%
Without C form It will be Local Vat Rate
