Can any one tell to us. if CST paid to Govt by mistake in 2 times in same period can carry forward for the next
period or not.

I think it is not possible to carry forward , yet wait for expert advice.

CST can be carried forward to subsequent period only if CST paid is more than CST payable . In your case you have paid CST 2 times . It is just like you have given DONATION to the government . You have to follow all the government rules for claiming the excess payment back as a refund . Also if government agrees then you would not earn INTEREST on it from the government as the payment has been done by you wrongly .

I think it is not a complicated issue.You file a revised return cancelling the turnover declared in the second return by quoting its date of filing, which automatically makes the tax paid in that return an excess amount.This can be carried forward also in the same revised return.So, in the next month return take credit of the excess c/f.
