Central govt. approval

in many cases now central govt powers are delegated to ROC/RD. so u need to apply to the state/nearrest region whr regd offc of the co is situated RD/ROC if its not at ur place..pls clarify under which section u need approval.

actually under section various sections of companies act it is written to take approval of CG.like if a co gives loan to director us295, conversion of public co into private co. etc. so i need to ask exactly from whom we need to take permission in practical life. i mean where to send the letter for approval...

I agree with Archana.   CG Approval means Approval from ROC & RD.

Most powers are delegated to ROC.

So contact your ROC for approval.

For each Central Government approval authority is delegated and wherever not application to ministry is prescribed.
