Central excise registration of a company

Dear All,

 

I am working in an company which crossed the turnove of Rs. 1,15,00,000/- in F.Y 2012-13 and we are not registered under central excise. and this time we are expecting the turnover to cross 1.5 crores by August 2013 Month End. My question is If turover crosses 1.5 Crores we have to pay central excise duty from Rupee 1 OR after the exemption limit of 1.5 Crore. Please clarify .
