Annexure 19 is adhered to the rule 19 and submission of proof of export ( ARE1 paased by customs) is covered by the annexure 19. where it dispalys that the date and point of clearance from factory and customs port, also it displays that goods are paased 100 percent or not.
at the end of every month assessee or bond holder has to submit the said annexure, with the ARE-1 received during the month from customs point duly endorsed, for set off of the duty liability as mentioned in bond.
