Is Cervice Tax applicable to trading of Oxygen Cylinders (Small Scale Industries) and what is the exemption limit.

oxygen cylinders supply is a sale of oxygen
no service tax is applicable,
if your service comes under "rent of plant and machinery" then threshold limit is 10 Lacs,
GSTR 9 and 9C for FY 23-24 as amended by Notification 12/2024 dated 10th July 2024(with recording)
