16 July 2014medicine manufactured by use many type of raw-material one of them alcohol (which is under perview of state excise) though my question is the medicine company required to register under central excise / and pay tax ,to remove medice from factory ,or paying state excise is sufficient or any exemtion given to the medice company who produce medicine from use of raw-material like alcohol.

Dear Sir,
In this regard you are manufactured the excisable product you have to pay excise duty on final products at the time of removal goods from factory premises and you should go to registered with Excise Department.
Further your input as a alcohol and lived tax there on as state excise. There is no CENVAT credit admissible. If they Central Excise Duty Charged thereon on i.e. Input then they are admissible for CENVAT credit.
