1 we are aviling credit (Cenevat) on CVD only (Service Tax). We r inmporting capital goods so my doubt or qUEARY :cAN we avil Credit on BCD Or Addl Duty Imports (cenevat) or any exmption available on this pls advice, how to take or claim exemption pls friends

Yes, you can avail and utilise 4% Additional duty on imported materials.
