In old age....... sleep reduces.......... but I do some light yoga.... walk.... pranayam etc........ though not fixed but as per mood and health permission.......... Thanks again and again......

Mr Dhirajlal Rambhia Sir is very perfectionist in my view...
I think he ll be doing Morning Walking and Yoga and Breathing Practice.... etc.,
