cci guidline regaring valuation of  share

Hi all

Ours is a new hospital ( 1.5yrs old), my director is asking me to " What is the good valuation of our company" by seeing the past performance.

Can any one helps me out from this, as i urgently required to give the report. I had the CCI Guidlines, but how to proceeds with the service industry like ours(hospital).
