If he is registered under GST as a regular taxpayer then there is no need to take casual person registration

Any person carrying out the supply of goods and/or services in a place not falling in his taxable territory ..
ie where he is registered under normal tax payer and
who does not own any establishment in that place
ie different business vertical registration
is required to registered as as a casual taxable person..irrespective he is Normal registered tax payer under GST
