we are running small mess and not registered under GST.now we got one catering service that means we supply food packets to one of the manufacturing company.we didnt install any canteen in company premises,food prepared in my mess and packets supplied to company. my doubts are:
1.what is GST rate attract in this case?
2.can I undergo composition scheme ?

it is very much helpful if you attach any notification or circular in this regard to my reference.
As per latest outcome of 28th GST council meeting, you will be allowed to supply food packets at just 5% GST rate, may be under same composition scheme.
"Composite supply of food and drinks in restaurant, mess, canteen, eating joints and such supplies to institutions (educational, office, factory, hospital) on a contractual basis to be taxed at 5%"
