casual vacancy means a vacancy in the office of the auditor of the company before the term has expired.casual vacancy arises due to death of auditor,resignation of auditor,disqualification,incapicity,change in firm status. etc.
Re-appointment of Auditor means appointment of retiring auditor again in same company by passing a resolution however retiring auditor should not be reappointed again in the condition like- disqualifications,auditor unwillingness to reappointed,another auditor is appointed in the meeting etc.
