Casual Taxpayer
I have a casual taxpayer Gst Registration, as my registration tenure is expired, shall i have to file return every month??, is it needed to cancel registration or it will be automatically??

Casual registration valid for 90 days..it automatically expired if not extended through paying estimated tax liabilites....You have to file monthly return for those 3 months
