yes you can .take in the case CIT vs Rambramha the court has declared that amount paid so can also be taken in the calculation of cost of acquisition

i don't have answer for that....there are no explicit reference in the judicial data regarding considering emi for indexation

Yes, the indexation, in case of long term asset is available for the amount paid as in installments........
