Cash transaction above 10000/-

I have a bill of 30000/-. Can I make cash payment against it in the following manner:

1/8/19  10000/-

2/8/19. 10000/-

3/8/19. 10000/-

Will the above expenditure be disallowed u/s 40A(3)?
