there is no limit in gst but as per income tax act any transaction in cash should not be more than 2,00,000 lakh and if you sales less than Rs.50000 to unregistered dealer not necessary to fill receiver name and address in cash memo/ cash sales but if cash sale is more than Rs.50000 necessary to fill details with name and address and place of supply with code must be mentioned.
