in case of cash sale of rs 10000 & above to unregistered dealer / customer , his pan or aadhaar no. is mandatory ???

Yes. You want collect his PAN is sales is above Rs. 50000. And Sales above 250,000 You ll be submit sales details to govt...

yes but don't sale above 2 lakh in cash
