There is nothing specified in GST for Cash Purchases.

But as far as Income tax is concerned from F.Y 2017-18 if any expenditure inccured in repct of which payment is made in a sum exceeding Rs 10000 in a single day by way of cash.

Then that expenses will be dissallowed.

Can we make cash invoice without mentioning name and address of purchaser under gst.

If invoice amount is more than Rs. 50,000 and if he is unregistered then it is mandatory to mention the name, address, state of the receiver’s on the invoice.

What about if in case of unregistered person and invoice is less than 50000, say 45000 can we make invoice by simply mentioning cash sales in name column

sir any notification regarding cash purcahse under gst.

kindly send me notification on shilpee1234 @ gmail.com
