Cash payment to transporter in a financial year

Dear Experts,

Can we pay cash to transporter during a financial year with different GR more than Rs. 2,00,000?

269ST -

(a) in aggregate from a person in a day; or

(b) in respect of a single transaction; or

different GR used for different travel then you can use 2,00,000 above amount as cash payment ( BUT THIS PAYMENT MADE IN DIFFERENT DATES)

We have paid Rs. 6 lace to one transporter in cash for diffrent GR raised in diffrent dates during a financial year, is this transaction is allowed in income tax?

We have paid Rs. 6 lace to one transporter in cash for diffrent GR raised in diffrent dates during a financial year, is this transaction is allowed in income tax? We have got declaration in compliance of section 194C from transporters.
