Cash payment to labour

I have construction business whether cash payments to labour will be allowed as expense or not in IT Return?

Yes, the payments will be allowed but you have to maintain proper records such as wages registers and salary slips and vouchers etc.
Will be allowed if payment exceed Rs. 20000 in a day ?
