Cash payment to farmer

Section: 269ST............ no one can accept 2 lakhs or more cash per day/event/person

The section specifically applies to seller/supplier  (who in turn receives cash payment)

Sec. 40 A(3): Where any expenditure in respect of which payment is made in excess of Rs. 10,000 at a time otherwise than by Account-payee cheque or draft, 100% of such payment shall be disallowed.

Here, it is disallowance of expenditure for purchaser/trader under income from PGBP.

(Though this condition not applicable here, being agriculture produce)
