Cash Payment More Than 10000 by Pvt. Ltd. Co.
Can a Pvt. Ltd. Co. make cash payment of a single invoice having value more than 10000/- on different different days keeping the restricted limit of every cash payment less than Rs. 10000/- ?

These would still be disallowed as these pertain to a single invoice.
No it will be disallowed
I think same will be allowed if the payment is done in different days, less than 10000
Disallowance of expenditure is provided under sec 40(A) (3)
ANY EXPENDITURE IN RESPECT OF WHICH PAYMENT OR AGGREGATE OF PAYMENTS MADE TO A PERSON IN A DAY OTHERWISE THAN BY ACCOUNT PAYEE CHEQUE /ELECTRONIC MODE exceeds Rs.10000 is a disallowed expenditure.
