whether limit of cash payment of 10000 is applicable to purchase of goods and services where GST is exempt.

payment of rs 10000 is limit under Income Tax Act. not in gst... so if you pay more then 10000 in cash is disallowed expenses..100%

means we cannot make expenses for any office use item (say cooler RS 12000/-).
Am I right??
