2) in a day if there is more than 1 GR how much we can pay in cash

the cash payment limit in case of transporter is rupees 35000

but if single bill is more than 30000 and pan is not given by transporter than tds is also must

yes agree with all...
for transporter cash payment upto rs 35000 is allowed...but in other case it is Rs 20000.....
