Cash payement over 20000/- to restaurant for party allowed or not?

You can pay any amount to anyone thru cash but if you pay more than
For Financial Year 2016-17- Rs. 20000
For Financial Year 2017-18 onwards- Rs. 10000
Then you cannout claim any expenses in your business.
That expenses is dissalowed
